It is our pleasure to present you the guidelines for Poster authors. The Scientific Board of the IFAC2023 International Conference will do its utmost to help you with the preparation for this year´s conference.
Please take a few minutes of your time to read the following information which provides you with an overview of the on-site organization of the conference to ensure the smooth running of your sessions.

POSTER FORMAT
- Please use each template file with vertical style (A0 size).
- Uploaded file must be converted into PDF format. All contents should be embedded
- properly in the PDF file (How to embed fonts in the PDF document;https://kbpdfstudio.qoppa.com/how-to-embed-fonts-in-a-pdf-document/).
- Maximum data size of poster file is 10 MB.
- Audio, video, and URL link cannot be included.
- Avoid using copyright required images or obtain permission in advance.
- Please indicate conflict of interest in the PDF file; e.g., ‘The authors declare no conflict of interest.'
- Poster sample.
POSTER PRESENTATION

Poster boards will be available on Thursday, August 31 from 9:00. The posters must be placed onto the poster boards not later than 11:00.

The authors are required to present their posters to conference participants during poster session on Thursday, August 31 from 11:30 to 12:00.

It is recommended to keep the posters placed during conference banquet, taking place at the same area as poster session, to enable further discussions during the banquet.
